Excellent communication, arranged an estimated price based on my measurements and then sent a surveyor to record fine detail and confirm quotation. All questions answered promptly and thoroughly. Contract confirmed with a start date and anticipated completion time 3-4 days. Engineer arrived on time with all equipment, he understood our needs fully and carried out the work professionally floor fitting as he went. Job was completed at end of 3rd day. I am highly satisfied with all aspects of the work including the final report with photos of the work completed.
Guys were great. Very knowledgable, and then the floor sanding works were amazing. Floors look amazing, guys were very helpful and friendly, careful with my belongings - 100% would recommend as I already have to my neighbours who have seen the results and now want to get the works too.
It was quite an investment but so glad we finally did it. The team were extremely hard working and punctual and sought our thoughts and input at all stages. We'd already seen their work at a neighbours and hoped we would get the same result. But it was better. The team were also very tidy and worked an extra day to rectify an alignment issue, due to wonky rooms!
Excellent service. Both the booking process, advice on what floor sanding finish and the guy who did the job was really professional and brilliant at what he does. Highly recommend this. My floor looks brand new.
