For your utmost reassurance and comfort, we offer a comprehensive Materials & Labour Guarantee to demonstrate that our flooring services are delivered to the highest standard, with the most durable products and utilising the latest dust-free floor sanding equipment.
We use a wide range of professional flooring products by renown manufacturers such as Bona, Junckers, Osmo and Loba, which offer a wide range of domestic floor finishing products such as Bona Mega, Junkers Strong and Loba Viva as well as commercial grade sealants such as Bona Traffic, Junckers HP Commercial and Loba Fusion. For our wood floor restoration and re-oiling projects we trust the leaders in producing wood floor hard wax oils such as Osmo and Blanchon.
Our Service Guarantee is only available for flooring services provided by FloorWorks and does not cover any damages and losses which have resulted from a continuous exposure of the floors to excessive moisture or increased humidity after the completion of our flooring services.
Exemptions & Limitation of Our Service Guarantee:
- Gap Filling
Our Service Guarantee DOES NOT apply to gap filling on original pine floor boards or other planks without tongue-and-groove or click system. This is because the reasons for gap filling failure are often beyond our control and gap filling durability does not depend on the quality of our services or the quality of the products that we use. The most common reason for gap filling falling through is a movement in the joists, causing slight displacement of the floorboards and causing gap filling failure.
- Leakages and Moisture
Damages caused by leakages from faulty appliance or as a result of high air humidity or increased subfloor damp level, which have happened prior to the wood floor services provision but may have been unknown by the time of service.
- Sanding Engineered Wood Floorings
Previously sanded engineered wood floorings or floorings with a significant level of wearing of the natural wood top layer are sometimes prone to damage due to the exhaust of the top layer during the sanding process. Because this is sometimes difficult to evaluate and predict during the flooring inspection process, and because this does not depend on the quality of our services or the products that we use, it is excluded from our Service Guarantee. Nevertheless, rest assured that we will rake all reasonable care to avoid such situations and we will always inform you upfront about the possibility of this occurring on your floors.
