The Holt Albany Engineered Oak Flooring, 207x3x14 Mm, 3-Strip, Matt Lacquer comes in a Click system plank. This is typical for products in 14 mm or 15 mm thickness - the most popular in engineered wood floors, due to the variety of colours and widths it offers. They are easy to install too and ideal for floating installations over concrete or timber subfloors. The click system flooring is the best choice for wooden floors on underfloor heating systems (UFH) and does not require use of any glue.
Click system flooring is quite sensitive to the subfloor level. When planks join together, they create their own plain and level, which when floated over uneven subfloor may cause bouncing. Therefore, some subfloor prep works may be required before considering a click system plank (if there is any concern with level). Failing to address these may cause as well squeaky noise, coming from the click system after the installation.

Multi-Strip Plank Appearance
Each plank of this Holt flooring product comprises of two pieces of timber joined together. This creates a straight line parquet-style resemblance, which offers abundance of character and is an ideal budget timber flooring product. Narrow flooring pieces are good for smaller rooms, but this type of flooring is compatible with any room size.
Rustic Character
This Matt Lacquered Holt flooring product is available in Rustic grade - selection of the timber which allows various sizes of knots and colour variation between the planks. Rustic grade flooring can add more character and natural feeling to the environment.

Deliveries
Most of our flooring product are usually available within 2 to 5 days, subject to current stock levels and offered FREE of charge, when delivered at the time or close to the booking date of our flooring services.
Delivery of flooring inside property to residential blocks or where access to the dwelling or work space is limited, will usually have "Heavy Goods" surcharge. Copy of our full Deliveries Terms is available here.
Any unopened flooring packs, in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery with 25% restocking charge. Cost of delivery back to base is paid by the customer.
