Before the works...

In this Central London property we laid approx. 202 sqm of oak mosaic finger panels. During our free on-site survey, we did a thorough inspection of the floors and discussed with the client all possible choices, followed by itemised quote with our floor installation prices for mosaic finger panels.

Our client decided to go for floor fitting with installation of 202 sqm oak mosaic finger panels.

How we completed the floor fitting works...

One of the challenges we experienced during this project was to complete the floor works in stages, due to bulky pieces of furniture, which could not be moved out.

Due to the change of level, after the new flooring was installed - our experienced, local Central London floor fitters made sure all affected doors & door frames are trimmed to height and adjusted to new flooring.

Overall, this floor fitting project was completed as originally planned by our local to Central London floor fitters and the new floors met the expectations and the satisfaction of the client.

It has a coarse texture with prominent grain markings, making it a popular choice for furniture, flooring, cabinetry, and structural applications. Oak is highly resistant to wear, moisture, and insect damage, offering long-lasting durability. It takes staining in dark, light, greys and whites well, with lacquer and oil-based finishes.
