Before the works...

Our client has decided to go for floor sanding of 189 sqm Panga-Panga parquet flooring and finishing the floors in matt Lacquer.
How we completed this Panga-Panga parquet flooring restoration...
One of the challenges we faced during the floor works was to complete the floor works in stages, due to larger pieces of furniture, which could not be removed from the rooms.
Parquet flooring comprises of many small wooden blocks forming a pattern. Our team will carefully inspect the floors for loose blocks and hollowness, and take further steps on this stage, if required.
During the Panga-Panga parquet flooring renovation the entire timber surface is going through a process of levelling with coarser grids, finishing with finer grids, and finally buffing, prior to the application of the sealant & between the coats, for perfect results.
Our works included approx. 189 sqm Panga-Panga parquet flooring floor renovation and finishing in matt lacquer. The sealing went down with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of Bona Mega lacquer.
Overall, this floor renovation project in Central London was completed as scheduled and to the satisfaction of the client.
