They were brilliant from start to finish. Ivy and Rosie in the office kept us informed at all times (good communication is often overlooked). And Alex did everything on his own over three days. He sanded all 40 sqm three times with finer grade sandpaper each time. He used at least four different machines! Then the undercoat before three coats of lacquer.
